Graphene transferred onto different substrates

We also offer graphene transferred on different dielectric and conductive substrates including but not limited to:

• quartz
• SiO₂/Si
• glass
• PET (polyethylene terephthalate)
• Au/mica.

By special treatment, different resistivities can be achieved with typical values for monolayer transferred from Cu < 600 Ohm/square.

Various sizes of graphene can be requested on substrates of different sizes, e.g. 1" x 1" or 4" wafer or larger (on PET)
