By virtue of poor carbon solubility in copper, graphene prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) can be grown as monolayer on Cu foil or film.
Our graphene samples are prepared by atmospheric pressure CVD on electropolished 0.025 mm and 0.125 mm Cu foils and have practically 100% coverage with no more than 1% contribution of double layers. The average size of single crystal domains exceeds 0.05 mm
We offer graphene on Cu foil in typical sizes from 1" x 1" up to 5" x 5" but larger sizes can be discussed as well.
